Service Description
Real estate consulting is a monthly coaching and support service for anyone considering homeownership, an investment property, or long-term real estate planning. During your chosen month, you'll receive personalized guidance and structure for your next steps. Each package includes at least one personal consultation. Depending on the package, you'll receive more time for your individual questions and in-depth support for your real estate project. The monthly support includes: • Assessment of your personal and financial situation • Clarification of your goals, priorities, and any questions you may have • General overview of equity, financing, and long-term costs • Clear explanation of interest rates, repayment terms, and planning principles • Personalized guidance for sensible next steps Our consulting packages: Beginner Package – CHF 120 / month For anyone exploring homeownership, property purchase, or long-term real estate planning for the first time and seeking clear guidance. Includes: 1 personal consultation per month. Standard Package – CHF 180 / month For anyone who wants to plan their home or investment property in a structured way and better understand their personal situation and potential financing options. Includes: 1 personal consultation per month. Premium Package – CHF 240 / month For anyone who wants more intensive support with complex questions, multiple options, or long-term planning for their real estate project. Includes: 2 consultations per month – one in-person appointment and a second appointment, either in person or online, as desired. Our mission remains the same: clear structures, understandable guidance, and personal support on equal terms. Note: The consultation is provided exclusively within the framework of coaching and general orientation. No individual recommendations regarding banks, financing products, interest or repayment models, investment advice, or product brokerage are provided.
Cancellation Policy
General Terms and Conditions Giordano Consulting CH – Version: January 1, 2026 1. Scope and Contract These terms and conditions apply to coaching and consulting services provided by Giordano Consulting CH. The contract is formed upon binding booking or written confirmation. The scope, content, and duration are determined by the booked package or individual agreement. 2. Services The services are for coaching and general guidance only. They do not replace legal, tax, insurance, or regulated financial advice. No individual investment recommendations, product brokerage, or asset management services are provided. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and their implementation. Qualified professionals should be consulted as needed. 3. Prices and Payment Prices are quoted in CHF. Fees for services must be paid before commencement unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are due within 10 days of the invoice date without deduction. Changes apply only to new bookings. 4. Appointments Appointments are scheduled individually. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the appointment may be charged, except in the case of a valid, verifiable reason. 5. Confidentiality and Data Protection Information arising from our collaboration will be treated confidentially, subject to legal obligations. Personal data will only be processed for the business relationship and agreed-upon purposes. The separate data protection declaration, accessible before booking, provides information about the responsible parties, purposes, data, recipients, storage, and data subject rights. 6. Liability Giordano Consulting CH provides its services with due diligence; however, no specific outcome is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence is excluded. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected. 7. Amendments Packages are personal and non-transferable. Amendments to these terms and conditions require a written agreement. Adjustments to services or prices apply only to future bookings.
