In a free, no-obligation conversation, we'll jointly examine your current situation, your goals, and potential starting points for more structure and direction. You'll receive an initial, easy-to-understand assessment, have the opportunity to clarify any questions you may have, and gain an overview of what next steps might be beneficial for you – tailored, structured, and without obligation. The initial consultation includes: • Initial assessment of your current financial situation • Overview of potential areas for improvement • Guidance on structure, planning, and personal goals • Time to address your individual questions and concerns • Initial suggestions for sensible next steps Our offer: Initial Consultation – Free For anyone who wants to better understand their financial situation, clarify any questions, and receive initial personal guidance. Includes: One 30-minute personal consultation. Our mission remains the same: clear structures, personal support, and clear guidance on equal terms. Note: The consultation is provided within the framework of coaching and general guidance. No financial services requiring authorization, investment recommendations or product brokerage are carried out.
Cancellation Policy
General Terms and Conditions Giordano Consulting CH – Version: January 1, 2026 1. Scope and Contract These terms and conditions apply to coaching and consulting services provided by Giordano Consulting CH. The contract is formed upon binding booking or written confirmation. The scope, content, and duration are determined by the booked package or individual agreement. 2. Services The services are for coaching and general guidance only. They do not replace legal, tax, insurance, or regulated financial advice. No individual investment recommendations, product brokerage, or asset management services are provided. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and their implementation. Qualified professionals should be consulted as needed. 3. Prices and Payment Prices are quoted in CHF. Fees for services must be paid before commencement unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are due within 10 days of the invoice date without deduction. Changes apply only to new bookings. 4. Appointments Appointments are scheduled individually. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the appointment may be charged, except in the case of a valid, verifiable reason. 5. Confidentiality and Data Protection Information arising from our collaboration will be treated confidentially, subject to legal obligations. Personal data will only be processed for the business relationship and agreed-upon purposes. The separate data protection declaration, accessible before booking, provides information about the responsible parties, purposes, data, recipients, storage, and data subject rights. 6. Liability Giordano Consulting CH provides its services with due diligence; however, no specific outcome is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence is excluded. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected. 7. Amendments Packages are personal and non-transferable. Amendments to these terms and conditions require a written agreement. Adjustments to services or prices apply only to future bookings.
