Care consultation (partner service) is a personalized supplement to our existing consultation service for anyone seeking additional professional support with questions related to care, support, and organization. Together, we will clarify your current situation, needs, and the next sensible steps. Upon request, we will facilitate and coordinate collaboration with our external care partner, Pflegewegweiser GmbH. This ensures you receive a structured, personalized solution with clear responsibilities, streamlined communication, and professional support. This support includes: • Clarifying your individual needs regarding care and support • Preparing and structuring relevant information and documents • Guidance on the next sensible steps and responsibilities • Coordination of further processing with Pflegewegweiser GmbH • Direct, coordinated communication for efficient handling of your request • Support with organizational questions related to your care situation The consultation begins with a brief preparation session with us. We will clarify your current situation and structure the relevant information. With your consent, we will forward your request to Pflegewegweiser GmbH. Professional nursing consultation and all further processing are handled exclusively by Pflegewegweiser GmbH. Our mission remains the same: clear structures, easy-to-understand guidance, and personalized support on equal terms. Note: Referral and coordination with Pflegewegweiser GmbH are at the client's request. Professional nursing consultation and responsibility for all nursing care services remain with Pflegewegweiser GmbH.
Cancellation Policy
General Terms and Conditions Giordano Consulting CH – Version: January 1, 2026 1. Scope and Contract These terms and conditions apply to coaching and consulting services provided by Giordano Consulting CH. The contract is formed upon binding booking or written confirmation. The scope, content, and duration are determined by the booked package or individual agreement. 2. Services The services are for coaching and general guidance only. They do not replace legal, tax, insurance, or regulated financial advice. No individual investment recommendations, product brokerage, or asset management services are provided. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and their implementation. Qualified professionals should be consulted as needed. 3. Prices and Payment Prices are quoted in CHF. Fees for services must be paid before commencement unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are due within 10 days of the invoice date without deduction. Changes apply only to new bookings. 4. Appointments Appointments are scheduled individually. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the appointment may be charged, except in the case of a valid, verifiable reason. 5. Confidentiality and Data Protection Information arising from our collaboration will be treated confidentially, subject to legal obligations. Personal data will only be processed for the business relationship and agreed-upon purposes. The separate data protection declaration, accessible before booking, provides information about the responsible parties, purposes, data, recipients, storage, and data subject rights. 6. Liability Giordano Consulting CH provides its services with due diligence; however, no specific outcome is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence is excluded. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected. 7. Amendments Packages are personal and non-transferable. Amendments to these terms and conditions require a written agreement. Adjustments to services or prices apply only to future bookings.
